Because CardMill is being crowdfunded through Kickstarter, and not sold through a traditional retail store, please note that Kickstarter pledges are not traditional purchases, and refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Our Policy on Refunds

All pledges made on Kickstarter are final. However, we’re committed to:

• Using funds responsibly and exclusively for the development, manufacturing, and fulfillment of CardMill and associated rewards.

• Providing regular updates to backers throughout the production and fulfillment process.

• Being transparent and communicative if any delays or production challenges arise.

• Exploring refund options on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to fulfill your reward.

Limitations

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Rewards that have already shipped

• Custom add-ons (e.g., personalized engraving, custom mats)

• Delays in production or shipping, unless rewards are ultimately unfulfilled

Our Promise

We take our responsibility to backers seriously. While Kickstarter does not require creators to offer refunds, we believe in honoring the trust you’ve placed in us. Our team is dedicated to fulfilling all rewards and providing the highest level of transparency, accountability, and effort throughout this journey.
